Q&A

Q. How will the pre-meeting be conducted for foreigners? For foreigners, the pre-meeting will be conducted via ZOOM video call.

Q. Can I make a reservation for a pre-meeting in advance? A. Since the schedule is confirmed about a month before the shooting date, you can make a reservation by contacting us via Black Logo KakaoTalk 30 days before the shooting date. The reason we do not accept reservations in advance is because we give priority to those who make reservations first according to the shooting order. Therefore, if there are many shooting days left, we recommend that you contact us about 30 days before the shooting date. Also, since there are many cases where important information is forgotten, it is best to make a schedule 2-3 weeks before the shooting date.

Q. Will filming start right away from the time I reserved? A. The time listed in the confirmation information is the arrival time. Filming will start approximately 3 hours after the preparation time.

Q. When changing the bride's hair, do you also change the groom's hair and makeup? A. We do this by including the groom's hair and makeup.

Q. I'm curious about the difference in the filming spaces for type A / type A+ / type B / type C! A. Type A is filmed in buildings #1 + #2. Building #1 is a building that gives off a residential feel with its white background and sofas, while building #2 is a duplex structure with a white and wood concept. Type A+,B,C are filmed in buildings #1 + #2 + #3, while building #3 is an old house with a vintage feel.

Q. How many bouquets should I prepare? A. Usually, it is common to prepare a main bouquet and a sub bouquet. (We recommend a white-green bouquet for the main bouquet.) On average, 1 bouquet is prepared for Type A, 2 bouquets for Type A+ or B, and 2-3 bouquets for Type C. However, please note that the bouquet you prepare may not necessarily be used, as the bouquet will be used according to the dress or the styling of the bride and groom.

Q. Can you take pictures if I bring a Polaroid camera? A. The staff can take Polaroid pictures for you during the shoot. However, please bring extra batteries as the camera may run out of battery. On average, bring 10-20 pictures for Type A or A+, 20-30 pictures for Type B, and 30-40 pictures for Type C Please note that since the shooting time is limited, we cannot take pictures of all the film even if you bring too much film.

Q. Can I take pictures with my own clothes instead of the dress? A. The A+ package is the only option among all packages that includes casual wear photography. For other packages, if you wish to replace a dress with casual wear, one outfit brought by the bride and groom can be used instead of the rented dress. The total shooting time will remain the same, and please note that additional outfits or time extensions are not available.

Q. Are there any cosmetic procedures I should avoid? A. - Haircuts for bride and groom: Length trimming and bangs cut - Perm or dyeing - Eyebrow tattooing - Eyelash extensions and perm: If you have had eyelash perms within the past year, we recommend re-perming 2-3 days before the photoshoot. - Waxing of the back of the neck and hairline - Hair extensions - Dermatological and cosmetic procedures: We recommend getting these done 3-4 months before the photoshoot.

Q. What is provided in the studio? A. - Groom's basic tie, bow tie, suspenders - Styling glasses - Bride's shoes: Size 225-250, 7cm dress shoes and flat shoes - Earrings, bracelets: Those with allergies should bring their own accessories - Other accessories: Hairpins, necklaces (The designs are limited, so if you have any accessories you want, please bring your own accessories) - Wedding Veil

Q. What do I need to prepare? A. - Please wear clothes with buttons or zippers on the day of the photoshoot. - For the bride's innerwear, please wear a nubra and skin-colored seamless panties. - You should bring a suit for the groom. If the company allows for a fitting, we recommend that you do so. Also, please prepare a shirt, shoes, and black long socks. - The groom must shave. If your beard grows quickly, it would be good to bring a razor. - Please reserve a bouquet at least 2 weeks before the photoshoot. - If you have a tattoo, please bring a special tattoo cover sticker that is similar to your skin color. - Since the wire of the braces cannot be modified, please remove the wire and leave only the brackets when you visit. - If you wear glasses, we recommend wearing contact lenses. If you have difficulty wearing contact lenses, you must remove the lenses. - If you wear colored contact lenses, we recommend small diameter and natural color.

BRIDE STYLING Q&A

Q. Can I get my hair cut? A. If you want to get your hair cut because of damaged hair, it is okay to just cut the damaged part. However, if you have short hair or short hair, we recommend that you grow it out as much as possible as styling options may be limited on the day of the photoshoot.

Q. I still have a photoshoot date left, can I get a perm? A. Hair damage caused by the procedure may limit the styling options available on the day of the photoshoot, and delicate hair texture may affect the photo quality. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid getting the procedure.

Q. I have very curly hair. Can I get magic treatment? A. If you have very curly hair, we recommend getting magic treatment before the photoshoot. If not, it is better to avoid treatment as there may be limitations to styling. If possible, we recommend that you avoid treatment one or two months before the photoshoot and make a decision after a pre-meeting.

Q. Can I bring a hairpiece? A. Hairpieces tend to be very noticeable when taking pictures, so we do not recommend them. However, if you want to create a long or tied-up look from a short hair style, the instructions may vary depending on the existing hair volume or quality. If you need more detailed instructions, please contact LINE and we will provide you with the information.

Q. What color should I use for my hair? A. We recommend dark chocolate brown for a natural brown tone, and we recommend getting the procedure done 2-3 days before the photo shoot. Please request a color that is not too red or ash-toned.

Q. Can I get an eyelash perm? A. If you have had an eyelash perm within the past year, we recommend getting another perm 2-3 days before the photoshoot as the perm may remain ambiguous. When getting the procedure, please do not lift the lashes too high, and just adjust the height naturally with a J-curl. Before getting an eyelash perm, please be sure to consult with the person in charge at a pre-meeting. If you have never had a perm and do not usually get eyelash perms, it is best to avoid the procedure as much as possible.

Q. Can I get my eyebrows tattooed? A. f your eyebrow tattoo is asymmetrical or the color is noticeably dark, it may be difficult to correct with makeup. On the day of the photoshoot, the makeup artist will adjust the color and shape of your eyebrows to match the style of the day, so it is recommended that you avoid getting your eyebrows tattooed.

Q. I have a lot of hair on my arms. Should I get it removed? A. Hair can be difficult to fix, so it is recommended that you remove all hair on areas that will be exposed during the dress fitting. (Hands, arms, legs)

Q. Should I get my nails done? A. Yes. If possible, I recommend a nude tone similar to the color of your nails, and I recommend getting it done 2-3 days before the shoot. Since the photos are centered around the person, your nails may draw attention, so please avoid flashy parts. If possible, it would be good for the groom to get his nails done.

Q. What are the dress sizes? A. We are doing pin fitting on a free size dress to fit the bride's body, and can fit up to size 77-88. Tight design dresses are available in sizes 44-66.

Q. Can I bring a body shaper? A. We do not recommend bringing a body shaper as the lines may be visible on the surface of the dress. However, if you need one, it is better to bring a seamless body shaper rather than a thick cotton one.

Q. What kind of nubra should I bring? A. ubra is difficult to use because it is noticeable when the dress has straps. Also, it is not suitable for fine dresses such as those with hooks in the back, so we recommend basic silicone nubra or cloth nubra. If you want to bring a hook-type nubra according to your bust size, we can tell you whether it can be worn depending on the dress, so please bring it.

Q. What innerwear should I wear? A. I recommend skin-colored seamless panty innerwear.

GROOM STYLING Q&A

Q. Can I get my hair cut in advance? A. On the day of the pre-meeting, the artist will guide you on styling based on the groom’s head shape and hair. Therefore, please refrain from visiting the hair salon two weeks before the pre-meeting.

Q. How many suits should I prepare? A. For Type A or ype A+, we recommend 1~2 suits or up to 3 suits, for Type B, 3~4 suits, and for Type C, 3~5 suits. The wider the range of clothing options, the easier it is to take pictures, so after the dress fitting, the pictures will be taken with the groom's clothes that match the bride's dress. Therefore, we may not take pictures of all the clothes you have prepared, and the number of clothes you will wear may be different from what you have prepared, so please keep that in mind.

Q. Is the groom's suit prepared? A. The studio only provides the bride's dress and shoes, so the groom must prepare a suit, shirt, shoes, and socks. Shirt: We recommend one without color on the collar and buttons. Socks: If you are taking the photo while sitting, it is recommended to prepare long socks that go up to the calf because the pants will ride up.

Q. What color would be good for the groom's suit? A. The colors we recommend to match the studio mood are black, navy, charcoal, dark brown, or combination colors. The artist can recommend additional colors during the preliminary meeting, so we recommend that you contact the company after the preliminary meeting.

Q. Do I have to get a fitting at the tailor shop? A. If possible, it is best to prepare in advance. f you need to get a fitting at the studio, only pin fitting is possible, which may make the sleeves or trouser folds look awkward, which may affect the photo quality. After the fitting, we recommend that you have a fitting at the shop and pick it up.

Q. What should I wear under my shirt? A. If you are wearing Airism or a nipple patch, it may be transparent due to bright days or lighting. Therefore, it is recommended that you proceed without wearing anything.

Q. What kind of belt should I bring? A. If you bring a belt in case the groom's waist is large, we recommend a suit suspender rather than a waist belt. It would be a good idea to rent suspenders from the suit shop. If you cannot rent them, you can use the suspenders provided at the studio.
